- mana is limited so having the DARK CHANNELING skill really helps immensely.
- destabilise matter make the CL (Chaos Lord) hurt much more once you have the minions gone for a while.
- knightly grip can take him offline for a while so you can stack damage etc.
- wither ray is underrate, if you stack a bit of that it will also help a lot
Have you played around with those?
The HP (nothing else) of the CL scales with level, so just levelling the party without using the TP for some fancy new/better abilities won't help.
I don't have knightly grip with the misfits group.
I expect that I need to use dispel with the Mage/ but I also hope that the Priest spell will remove the Silence or whatever it is that the CL casts. If only the Dispel will work, I may be in trouble with only the Mage/ having it.
Good to know that the Hit Points are the only thing that is scaliing on the CL. I will get a few skills up (heals) on the secondary healers and then give it a go.
Thank you very much for responding.
Well, I will keep trying to enhance the Misfits a bit and then try again and see I can get further.
