Game not detecting mounted fixtures

The game seems to detect the toilet in this bathroom, but the icons for shower and sink are red, even though I’ve gone through the process of mounting items in those slots.

When I move the mouse over the sink/shower, it still says “You can buy [Sink/Shower] and mount it here”. Again, this doesn’t happen for the toilet I mounted.

I also have this issue. I've even tried selling the sink/shower and remounting the items. The game will know they are mounted. However, the issue happens again when re-opening the game later.

Yup!

After putting more time into the game, the issue has continued to happen across multiple properties. It doesn't seem to affect job progress or room recognition, so it's not game-breaking, but it's still annoying.

Same :/ Mounted shower and sink multiple times in my shack and they afterwards did show green on minimap. However, as soon as I leave for a job or restart the game, both will be "unmounted" again. No big deal but my inner Monk is having issues^^

Yep, same here both for those 2 in the first office and the washer in the bunker of the old house with bunker.

I'm having this issue also. Showers seem to always do it and sink as well. Anytime I visit a different property and come back my sink and shower show as red on the minimap and if I move over to it and move my pointer around I get the dialog saying "You can mount a shower here" or "you can install a sink here." I'm like..IT'S ALREADY THERE!

This is still an issue. It is incredibly annoying. I hate it.

April 2025 and this is still an issue. Maybe they should focus on their easy fix bugs instead of making more overpriced dlcs like its the Sims

HF1 isn't getting any more DLCs (Dine Out was the last).
