so seriously when devs plan to fix Unity 2019.4.39f1_78d14dfa024b crash problem?

it has been long long time that this Unity 2019.4.39f1_78d14dfa024b crash exists, and now i'm sincerely considering to ask for refund, which was very hard for me personally cause I spent hundreds hours on this game I used to love it. But well, again, Unity 2019.4.39f1_78d14dfa024b crash problem is not fixed this time.

With hundreds hours on this game, forget about the refund !
If I remember correctly, they don't offer refunds for purchases made more than 14 days ago, or if play time exceeds 2 hours.

Set your games' High DPI Scalling Override for Application. Run game as Admin and Disable Full Screen Optimizations. Update your VGA drivers and if you overclock your GPU - rewset all settings to default ones. I never had any Unity crashes with this game....

Ive just started having this issue. I was nearly finished with the Tree House one and was going to load it to sell. I can do things at my office and buy and go to any other house but not this one. Ever time i go to load in the Tree House to sell it i get this message and the game crashes. I dont use any work shop items and have all DLC's but the farm one. The game has been running fine and have had it since the beginning. Everything is up to date and ive verified the files. All other games i have work fine. Could the tree house ive decorated now be corrupted? But can do anything else?

Oh i'm so sorry to hear that, it's really frustrating isn't it? Well my current situation is, roughly a month ago since they updated the game i download it back after i've given up and delete the game for a really long while, and this crush has been fixed (at least on my side, i have no problem such at all for now). Now since you mentioned the tree house, i do remember that when i had this crush for the first time, i was just finished tree house and set it as office, then i was decorating another house, while this "house#1" wasn't finished nor sold, i went back to tree house office and bought the "house#2", and then the game crushed. So i'm not very sure if it was the tree house causing the crush or that purchasing the "house#2" while not finishing the "house#1". As for the other variants, i use workshop items a lot, and i also have all DLCs. And this crush used to happens at loading stage everytime i tried to enter the game, it didn't even allow me to see the main page. Gosh i hope i explain this whole thing clear wish you can have your game back to normal asap!❤

Ive seen others saying that they had this issue going back some time now. Different types of pc's, workshop items or not, Different houses ect. At this point im going to assume its not our pc's seeing the evidence. Therefore it must be a game issue and i wish the Devs would comment on this as to what it actually is and if its possible to fix it. Ive been playing this game since it came out, so if it was early access thats when i got it. The save im on now is ruined as i cant load up the Tree House (summer house) in order to sell it. If i cant sell all the properties then i wont get them all back at the end. Ive bought another house, done it up and sold it so its only happening trying to load the Summer House in. Please Devs can you let us know what this bug is.????

Hello, I have the same problem as you. Isn't there another way to fix it? just delete the game and wait for the bugs to be fixed?

it's always sad to see another fellow victim tbh I still having no clue how it's been fixed, I deleted the game when I first encountered this problem back in 2023 and downloaded it back after few updates the devs made in maybe 2024? And the game hasn't having this crush again ever since. I also tried to update my Nvidia drives in between so I'm not quite sure what causing or fixes it. do hope you'll have yours fixed soon!

this is exactly what i'm experiencing as well! was working on the tree house too, everything is fine at the office, but the second i try to go there everything crashes

it unfortunately isn't the tree house fault :(( it keeps crashing in my office too
