House did not close properly - wants to reset office!
I've been playing this game for a lot of hours at this point. Finished the main game and a couple of expansions. I recently got the HGTV and Luxury dlc and things have been going good.

Today I completed a house in the luxury dlc and when it was going back to my office, it crashed out. Now, every time I try to go into it I get the following

"This house did not close properly and may no longer be accessible in its current state. Would you like to reset the house to its bought state, erasing progress and recovering 60% of the costs?" With the options to Continue (which then just crashed it out again}; Cancel (which just shows the menu again); and Reset Office.

I don't really want my current office reset as I've spent time and effort on it and like how it looks now. I don't want to have to redo it.

Does anyone know of a way to fix this? I tried looking on the forums but the only thing I found said that pressing cancel would let it go into the game, but it doesn't do that for me. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have workshop items? ...
Yes, but they were not put into the new house. Should I delete them?
I deleted all the workshop items I had had and when I went into the game, I still got the same message BUT when I clicked continue this time, it went into the game and things look good. Hope it stays that way.

Well I did another house and now the crashing is back. It won't even get to the main menu now. I am getting a Unity 2019.4.39f1_78d14dfa024b message box just before it quits out. I updated the graphics driver, uninstalled the game, restarted the computer, then reinstalled the game and it hasn't helped. I have 175 hours in the game and it's been a lot of fun. I'd like to find a fix for this so I can keep playing.
