Restaurant DLC issue with items disappearing on reload

I recently purchased the new Restaurant DLC, and I'm working on developing a farm house (The Hall of the Mountain King) into a restaurant. Twice now I've done a lot of work on the house only to come back to the game and see all the work gone. I built out the front yard, the backyard, and a bathroom only to go into the game and find it all gone. What is weird is that it seems all the items might be crammed into this small space in the yard!

I don't know what information to give to the devs that might help with fixing this glitch, so please let me know. I also have a few screenshots of how my things moved into a single area. It's kind of hilarious but also frustrating because I spent so much time on the design. Please help?

Okay, I found another discussion post dealing with this specific issue. My only issue now is that I don't know which 'Profile' folder to send since we have multiple profiles. Is there a way to make sure what what we send is the one that is glitched? Thank you!

If I remember correctly (from when I had to clean the "before/after" files), each profile has a number that states in which slot is saved. So profile 1 will be the one at the top of the list, and so on.
