Error message "Unable to Save"

I keep getting an error message that pops up and says "Unable to save, make sure you have enough storage". Despite this, it does save, AND i have more than enough storage to be able to save this game. I dont understand why this started happening this week, Ive had this game for atleast a year. Someone know whats up?? P.S. There was also this weird instance right after this pop up started happening where my office reset back to how it was when i first started the game (dirty with trash everywhere) even though i started this game before the pop ups started happening.

Im also having this problem and have tried to find out why. Does anyone know why this happens.

I’m glad I’m not the only one. I hope someone helps quick. It’s making me worried that there’s something wrong with my save files

I'm also having this problem with the error message popping up, and I thought it was just because I have saves directed to the family server instead of on my own computer. I'm new to the game, so I just assumed it was just a quirk instead of a fresh issue. But just yesterday my home office reset as well, right after I bought, finished, and resold my first house. Other people in other threads are having the same problem, but this is the first time I've seen someone mention the error message. They might even be two separate bugs. :(

The game did just get updated so maybe this is a new issue that they havent figured out yet. Idk but im hoping it gets fixed soon.

I too have had this issue for almost 2 weeks now and driving me insane. have un installed the game deleted all files in my onedrive save folder as well . and still having the same pop up about unable to save .... also my horse ranch and new house office that i spent 18 hours on also reset and sent me back to my old house. please Dev team . see whats happening for us xx

I've been having serious problems with House Flipper 1+2 for a few days.
It seems to crash Steam and uninstall all games.
This only happens when I reinstall HF 1+2. Sometimes I can't start it at all, there are no files there despite the installation.

Not sure if anyone is still having this problem but ive been running into this problem as I have gotten a lil far into the game. I also have more than enough stored for this game and it does save at the end of day. Just a wee bit worried that in the future my progress does disappear. Is this something to be worried about @ the developers or anyone whose data did actually disappeared?

the only progress i have lost just ONCE is my office. I finished a home and came back to my office to find it completely trashed again and all the furniture i had bought was gone. Everything was back to the state is was when i first bought the office. I havent actually lost anything else. All my jobs were still done and all the houses i had sold were still sold. And my money and skill trees were all still the same.

I also keep running into this issue. Not only has it reset my office (thankfully I've spent zero time on it, haha..) but a house I spent 6 hours on was wiped too. Good times, or something..

Yeah, I keep getting a runtime error message now too. Something about the application closing down in an unusual way. ( the unusual way I guess is that I go to the main menu as a safety thing before I exit the game. )
Sigh. I wonder what the issue could be.

I've been trying to work my way around it. Like, I always return to my office after working on a house for example and if I get the error message, I do the " ex stole radiator " job (since it's one of the quickest ones to do) and then when I return to the office, I exit to the main menu before existing the game.

It's a hassle but so far, it's been working for me to do it this way.

I take back my previous words. Haaaaaaa. 15 hours in on a house renovation, and now it's gone. Wonderful.
