Couple of Farm DLC missions issues

In the Grandpa's summer Suprise the balcony end at the left side doesn't want to slot into place. It looks like the window is in the way but it's hard to see. If you move the part slightly to the left you can place it but it doesn't connect and the game doesn't credit the balcony end part being used.

In the Sole Sollution mission assembling the chicken coop doesn't register and if you pick the chicken enclosure option you're unable to put the entire fence down because the chicken coop appears to be in the way.
Also because you can't use the sell tool in this mission redoing the fence after a mistake is a giant hassle.

Because of this I've been unable to perfect both missions.

The Sole Solution has been driving me crazy. I've tried both options multiple times hoping I was missing something. I hate not 100%ing a job. I'm glad it's not just me.

I mean, I'm not glad you're having problems... I'm just glad I'm not alone with my problems.

I'm having the same issue. The balcony end won't rotate to fit the end.

I had the same problem on the balcony .... until I (eventually) realised you can purchase left and right...

Same here, I have screenshots of the chicken coop fencing issue if anyone is interested. They are public on my profile.

I'm having the same issue with The Sole Solution, and fences in general tbh. I get most of the greenhouse done until I try to place a gate and it doesn't register. When it finally does, the walls are auto removed. After replacing the walls, there are now two 'place a fence and a gate' objectives and one reads 103% done.

That's enough HF for me today I guess, lol. I'm enjoying most of the dlc but some of the jobs really feel rushed and laggy/bugged (my pc meets the requirements and even lowered the settings). They'll likely release a patch soon with the amount of complaints, though, it did just release a day ago after all.

Edit: managed to 100% by using single placed fences very carefully while inside the greenhouse. Maybe closing the game did something? Not sure. :/

Good to know I'm not the only one having trouble with the chicken coop on Sole Solutions. Guess I'll complete it for now, and redo it later to get the 100%.

Im having problem with the fences around the vegetable patch no matter where i start there always seems to be a gap at the end its driving me nuts as i like to get 100%

I also hate not having 100% completion. I was having the same problem with the chicken fencing not registering, but then I used the tablet, and in the tasks screen clicked the garden areas (to show tasks for areas other than the one you are standing in). This showed Greenhouse walls and doors which wasn't showing up previously. Built this, 100% complete!
