Game won't go past initial load screen

I've sent in a ticket on the external site, not sure what gets hit first so I'll post this too.

The game hangs during the initial loading screen, the house animation stops and the unity crash handler starts. I've completely uninstalled HF and removed all workshop items, I've even removedthe files in LocalLow to repopulate and the game still won't get past the initial loading screen.

I haven't played in a while (few months maybe less?) so I'm not sure when this would have actually started but I bought the DLC hyped to try it out and of course now I'm stuck.

I tried that before I did the more drastic measures mentioned above. I did it again just to see if maybe something might have changed spite not seeing a hotfix or anything (I see I'm not the only experiencing this) and it's still not working.

I got past that by just restarting my laptop and opening it again and again, but i can't load into the farm dlc jobs on the new map so-

I've rebooted my machine, even reset cmos, all before bothering to post this thread or submit the ticket. Sure would like to play today :(

For now, the best way is to send your log files directly to Frozen Way:

So after the crash:
1. Open windows file explorer (folder icon)
2. Copy following path: %appdata%/../locallow/Empyrean/House Flipper Game
3. Paste it into the the address bar in the file explorer and press "Enter"
4. Find file called Player.log and Player-prev.log
5. Send it by mail on [e-mail] with a brief description of the issue.

They will take a closer look asap.

Bumping back to the first page since I haven't heard anything and have seen several other people having the same problem (not only in this thread but in the forum as well). I saw an update pass through yesterday, downloaded it, nothing. Any further updates?

Downloaded the new hotfix, still crashes at the initial load screen.

Didn't have this problem until I installed todays fix, but now it crashes on the initial load screen.

still not working - the UI gives me 3 options to run the game, all three crash after +/- 20% of the first loading screen (restarted my PC every single time, tried everything etc)
