Custom radio MP3 playlists

I have a bug going on, it might be the files but I have reinstalled and checked them several times... Anyway, when I add MP3 files to the custom radio playlist folder and turn the radio on in game, a strage sound plays for maybe 2 seconds and then stops completely. The radio won't play any of my MP3 music files. Does anyone else have this problem or am I the only one? And if someone has a solution for this I'd appreciate it a lot.
