Pump Bugged 'In Deep Water'

I can only reach 66% of this house because no matter what I do, I can't get the pump to activate and drain the water. I've tried fixing the fuse panel, the pipe and moving objects around to no avail. The white hose never appears and the pump never gives the prompt to drain the water. I've restarted the mission, game, and steam (& verified files) several times.
I've also tried completing the map while its half finished and coming back; also, going to other maps doing them and coming back.
(also I've gotten the drone and zooped around on that too)
Any help is appreciated!

Thanks :) I tried this too, unfortunately. I've sent in my info to the devs in hopes of a fix.

As a last ditch effort, I think you're able to "restart" the house.
