Can't clean yacht windows

I had the trash bug (1 piece of trash in a bathroom that I couldn't pick up). I used the workaround and got rid of it. But I noticed that once I'd triggered the bug (by trying to click on it), I could no longer clean the lower level windows. The option to press E to clean was there before, but it's gone now. They're visibly dirty and I hadn't cleaned them yet, but there's no prompt when I hover over them. I've exited and reloaded the game a few times as well as validated files, but to no avail. As far as I can tell, nothing else is affected, just those windows.

I have the same issue... What's the workaround for the trash pickup bug? Because I have two trash items that I cannot pick up.

I ended up having to noclip to clean the windows but even then it's very finicky in trying to get the prompt to show up.

I installed a cheap shelf right above it, placed a cheap standing lamp (the cheapest desk lamp), then sold the shelf. The lamp fell to the floor on top of the trash and became trash, too. I could pick the trashed lamp up, and the other trash went with it. You could also use a cheap table, if you can place it over the trash you can't interact with.

Hmmm, odd. I don't know how to do the noclip thing. I hope you get it figured out, it's very frustrating! I ended up selling the yacht with dirty windows.

I was able to clean the windows and this time around I also managed to get rid of the trash by using the "lamp on shelf" workaround.

Having the same issue with two pieces of blue trash. I posted a discussion regarding it.
I also had an issue with trying to repaint the ceiling at the back of the boat...
it's directly behind where the ceiling lights are that hang down... it won't light up when the cursor is over it (the hit box) so I can't paint it.

In addition I had something weird that happened with the windows... the "E" did appear when I placed my cursor on it, but when I pressed "E", it didn't clean them, IT REPLACED THEM WITH NEW WINDOWS. It never did that before.

I verified the integrity of the files and they were fine.

This last update really messed up the operations of this game.
Ever since they released the Farm dlc, and then the updates to it, it has done nothing but damage the original game.
I am not replaying this game until they fix this mess.
Sad too, because I had really enjoyed playing it up until now.
