Why can't you clean them? Most windows are cleaned from inside the house. However, if I remember correctly, there was house (a Luxury one I *think*) where you had to clean the windows from outside of the house.

I believe there are several houses where you have to clean from the outside (just did one in Pets). But the prompt will come up accordingly.
Just check using scaffolding. 🙂

I have the same issue, and I'm trying to clean the window in the office. I even try on the inside and outside, but the prompt won't show up.

However, you have to put furniture on the terrace to get 100%, maybe that was the issue. I still got 100% even with the dirty window.
