Dog poo stuck in outer wall

There is a dog poo mark on my mini map that overlaps the outer wall. I’ve tried removing everything in the room, moving away and back, clicking at the marked spot though I couldn’t really see the poo, but none worked. I really like what I’ve done with this house so it bothers me a lot.

Try placing a door, remove the poop and sell the door again. Maybe it works. I had problems with outlets, after selling the door they could easily be removed.
