Room Won't Convert to Office

I've tried this at multiple locations with various sized rooms but I cannot get a generic room to become an office. I have placed the furniture requirements (desk, lamp/monitor, office chair, bookcase/shelf/stand, picture/carpet) but the room is still just labeled as a Room

I was able to convert the Room to a Home Library by adding more bookshelves (and leaving the office lamp in). After removing the extra bookshelves it converted back to a standard Room.

May be a wrong storage furniture? Try office bookshelf
Also you need an 'office chair' and shouldn't be another kind of chairs in it

Being curious today whether the lamp works instead of monitor, I took a random room, guess it was a 8m^2 storage, removed everything and put listed items and it turned to office very easy

What's funny is I accidentally turned a bedroom into an office (I hadn't placed the bed, yet) but haven't been able to make one since. I've re-launched the game, tried multiple rooms in multiple houses and tried every variant, but no luck. Gonna try reinstalling, I guess

So I realize now that the "Soti" chairs don't work. I assumed because they had "office chair" in the name, they would work. The Bright-colored and Light-colored chairs work, though.

What's funny is that if you include a "Soti" chair along with an office chair, you can leave out the lamp/monitor and picture/carpet.
