Room 404 need help contains spoilers

I haven't been able to lift the curse of the house. I then learned there is a third candle you combine with the candelabra and it is supposed to lift the curse. I accidently got rid of the 3rd candle without meaning to. Is there a way to restart the house or get the candle back?

Try clicking on the candelabra if you haven't yet, my friend had the same exact issue and that worked for them, hope it helps!

I did the same thing the 3rd candlestick disappeared on me but (like falloutgirl2277 says above) when I clicked on the candelabra in the living room it appeared on there and it did the trick

For me, at least when I clicked on the lit candle it simply flew up and disappeared. Even after I noticed the empty slot on the candelabra, I assumed the "house" was glitched because I no longer had the candle. Clicking on the candelabra (with no indication that you could do anything) made the third candle appear (though then only the middle seemed lit).

darn the candle was one of the first things i did without knowing. been wondering why the house aint spooky no more lol

When the candle disappears it essentially goes in to your back pocket.
Just click the candle holder after that (or was it press E on it, don't remember exactly) the candle comes out from your back pocket, and goes in the open slot on the candle holder.

Room 404 is well and truly bugged for me. The candle in the bedroom flew up into the ceiling when I interacted with it and interacting with the candelabra does nothing, sadly.

**Edit** I exited the game and came back to Room 404 and the candle appeared when I clicked on it. So if you're having the same problem, you know how to fix it now. :)

Thats what happened for me when I did it, I almost thought I lost it
