current ceiling lights glitching /teleport to roof

When you go to fix up a place and you want to move a ceiling light it glitches outside on top of the roof. Is this me or anyone else?

I had this happen in one of my office when I was fixing it up. But today when I logged into the game, the light was back in the house and I was able to move and sell it.
