Dog gets stuck inside dog house

Has this happened to anyone else? My husky goes to his outside dog house and goes partially through the floor and gets stuck. Sometimes he also jumps inside the dog house and goes through the roof. The only way to get him out is to pick him up through the wall. It's kinda funny to be honest

I bought the Uspar large dog house. My dog is stuck in there. I don't have the option to pick him up through the wall because I only have the "Change Name" when the dog house highlights and he doesn't highlight when he jumps up through the roof. I can change the name on the dog house, but can't free my pooch. It would be cool if there was an option on the right-click pop-up menu to call your dog, maybe choose with a treat or by whistling, calling etc.
