Windows bugged in "Model's Apartment" luxury home.

So when you buy the Model's apartment for personal use, the windows (Jerry's) are a white wood and looked broken, so I wanted to change them out with a sleek black and uncracked versions, but once you remove some of them you cannot place them back in the same position. The duo in the main lobby area and the three in the kitchen in particular, but the rest on the second floor work fine. It's exclusively on the 1st floor that these windows do not work. Most windows in the corners don't work.

Actually in fact, I'm finding most windows don't work in the upstairs area of the Apartment at all.
