The sanding step is extremely frustrating because you will have sanded all the area multiple times and it still is not registering past like 91%

If you're able to properly use the sanding tool, then this feels very unusual.
Have you tried rotating the object and taking care of it from all the angles?

Hi I'm having the same problem: I can't renovate the big areas of furniture past 68%!! It doesn't flip more than 2 surfaces and i can't complete ANY furniture pieces (smaller areas work fine!). Please help

i'm having the same problem , i'm trying to renovate the Victorian couch in one of the luxury DLC apartments the music one i believe and the couch only shows me the back and underside and it only lets me get to 71% before stopping and i don't know what to do, I've completed everything else in the house and this is the only thing left

I am having the same problem with all of my renovation furniture. I can't rotate the furniture to get to the parts that need to be sanded.

try holding right mouse button and moving your mouse!

I'm having the same problems myself, I can flip and rotate the items but it won't go over 23% complete and won't let me back out of it so I'm stuck, not able to go forward or back.

little bummed they didn't add furniture reno to Pets DLC, only the Luxury DLC has it
