Front Door Frame on Alone Home is 2" too wide for any replacement doors

The original white door on the Alone Home is ugly -- very pixelated with colors, and I don't like the style -- but when I sold it and tried to replace it, the newer doors don't fit: the doorframe is about 2" too wide for any of the other doors.

Were you able to replace the curtains in that house? I can buy them but they will not install into place. You can see the screw but no amount of clicking will send it home. Stuck with blinds in that house as a result. All the exterior stuff on that house is custom. You can't get rid of the Christmas lights in the front windows either. That is the home with the super tacky wallpaper in the house and the staircase with the full wall of it you can't replace. It also has the tacky brick sections in the stairwell in the basement that you can't get rid of as well. Nice house but just buggy as all get out. Have not really made a great profit from it selling it either. Best so far was when i bought it, sold off everything, cleaned it and sold it as is.

Well, I was able to do some pretty nice stuff with that house (wink, wink!) -- watch for my video upload next Wednesday (Jan 27). I think you'll be surprised at what you can do with a little creativity. :)

Excited to see what you have done. I'm making my office at that house as my previous office has reverted back to original state- so gutted and can't seem to fix it and no reply to email sent for help to developers.

Good luck with it! :) I just have a very simple office now, after losing my office twice to that "office glitch bug" they never seem to fix. This way, if it happens again, I won't lose much. Awesome little video. Love the assistant. I did manage to create videos but my camera work is jerky and makes me sea sick lol. Yours was great.

Thank you! I have a really good computer, built to handle VR at 144Hz, which really helps with making the camera work smooth. I do most of my work with the game windowed, to avoid nausea. Have you tried Sea-Bands? They really work! (I use them but I also have Sensory Processing Disorder so they irritate me after a while some days.)
