Eli Corner Shower Bug

I think that the Eli Corner Shower(I think that's what it's called) is bugged out right now. I can't finish assembly of it because it's not letting me click on anything after I've done a few of the steps in assembling it.

Yeah it sucks, I think it's caused by being close to the wall, they need to fix it quickly because it's in one of the jobs so you have to use it

This is an old problem and I'm truly disappointed that they've released this update with things like this still happening.

What happens is that in order to install it you have to move around the outside of the shower. As it's a corner shower this will always take you to the other side of a wall, effectively stopping you from installing it.

It's been a problem from day one, and I just cannot comprehend why they would make a corner shower part of a job without testing it first. Breathtakingly avoidable and incredibly frustrating. I'm going to stop playing for today.

OMG.. that's SO frustraiting! makes me wanna cry when I invest myself in project, project everything put walls and stuff and then I cant put shower in perfectly prepare for it corner! Makes me wanna stop playing the game at all ;(

Hi all, I was having the same problem with this shower. When I got to the bottom bar, it did not work with my controller. I decided to use the mouse to set it and it worked.

The shower would not complete the installation with the controller, but it had no problem finishing the install when I switched to using the mouse.

I legit just got this today cause it only took me a week to finish the base game, and can confirm that yes, you need to use a mouse to be able to fully install the Eli Corner shower

This is the crux of the issues with the devs: how they continually ignore some issues that have been around for years, yet sink their time into HF2 and a slew of other games (Honeycomb, Hairdresser Simulator, etc.) without fixing the games they've already released. They are fond of saying "we listen to our community," but do they? Doesn't seem so, as this and many other longstanding issues continue to be posted about here.

The Eli shower is one of the base game items. There are plenty of other base game issues that have been reported that have likewise been ignored/not fixed. It's yet another reason I have no reason to buy HF2: devs more interested in the money than the actual players' experience.
