Progress lost

Please help me, i wanted to play HF today, i opened a game, loaded my only save and everything was gone, no houses, no garden, no money
I had over 1m euro

Hello,

You can check your backup save file folder. Try to copy/paste your backup saves to the main save game folder.
Here you will find your backup folder: C:\Users\("UserName")\AppData\LocalLow\Empyrean\House Flipper Game\House Flipper Game

It didin't worked
I copied the Profile 1 from Profiles Backup and pasted it to profiles and it didint work

Disable cloud sync and copy backup files again. DO NOT re-enable cloud sync.

Never say you're stupid because you're not. Nobody is!! In Steam, select Steam on top left then click Settings then on Cloud. Uncheck "Enable Steam synchronization..." then click Ok at the bottom. Note that this is working for me, I can't garantee you that it will work for you. Cloud sync is a way to backup your game progress on the Steam servers. If your computer crashes and you need to reinstall Windows, in theory, you would get your save files back from Steam after reinstalling the game. The problem I had is that at one point, the game was crashing so often that my progress files were not uploaded to Steam. Upon restart of the game, Steam would send me mismatched progress files that didn't jive with my local files. That's why I don't use cloud sync anymore. Disable cloud sync at your own risks. I copied this file (profile 1) from profiles to profiles backup previously
It says something like a ''there are files like this in this folder'' (i have no idea how to translate)
And it didint worked too

Ill tell wverything i do
1. i copied Profile 1 from profiles.backup and paste it to profiles
2. i turned off cloud sync and copied again
3 i opened Profiles.backup, opened Profile 1, copied the top one, then pasted it into User Saves inside Profile 1 file

In the "C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\Empyrean\House Flipper Game\Profiles.backup\Profile 1" folder, you're supposed to have multiple "Backup-2019" folders. Look at the date and time of those folders (folder name) and find one that has a name with the date and time of just before you lost your progress and copy the content of that one to: "C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\Empyrean\House Flipper Game\Profiles\Profile 1". I.e. If you lost your progress on June 24, try the backup folder that looks like "Backup-2019-06-23 15.39" (15.39 is a time value, yours will be different). If you use one that has a date and time of after you lost your progress, chances are that it will not contain your real progress.

i have 5 ''backup 2019'' files with same time

Same here, wanted to try the DLC after finishing the main game back in 2018. Continue Game makes me start over. Not registering my old save file....
