Measuring/aligning tool and copy tool?

I think a tool that could help you align objects (think hanging lights over a kitchen island or trying to make a gallery wall) would be super helpful in this game, and maybe even act as a tool to make the game more accessible to players with vision/ depth perception related disabilities.

My second idea would be adding something that already exists in The Sims. I'd just want to have a tool that could scan over an object and buy it again without having to scroll through all the items. For example, if I want to buy another window, but I want it to be the same size/color as what already exists on a property, I can just right click on it (or something) and get another one automatically and "copy" the item.

If these tools already exist in game, but I haven't unlocked them-please give me some help!

There are alignment tools available in the workshop. Just search "alignment".

House Flipper 2 seems to have an allignment Grid that is at least one thing they added I like
