go to spruce hideout, spend around $2.1 Million making 3 empty floors to the maximum size of the plot, and it sold with $6.1 Million profit.... lol

But be warned building floors this big will take a while to load, it took me about 20 minutes together to complete all 3 floors loading in, this might vary system to system unless its a game engine limit

Gamebreaking bugs shouldn't be in a game, single player or not.

yea Luxury DLC use to have a big profit selling the boat for awhile and it got patched, so we will see how they do this one

Definitely not system to system, i have a fairly new high end rig and the game judders and stutters if i make more than a basic house, if they have designed house flipper 2 the same i can foresee there are gonna be problems.
