farm DLC: demolish houses and rebuild?

is it possible to demolish houses and rebuild it?

because you can build empty properties and build new houses on this plot.
and is it possible too to remove the roof from houses and build a new one?
and why i can´t build a pitched roof?

no. you can only demolish what you have built.

To change the pitch of the roof, use your scroll wheel while you're building the roof, before you click. You'll see the preview/ghost image of the roof change so you can decide when the roof is what you want.

You cannot demolish the structures that starts with the plot that goes against the main reason for the game name house flipper, can only expand existing structures or take down structures you build yourself

Farm DLC has 3 empty plots with it to build on from scratch, and you can also use the empty plot (well accept for the shed) from the garden flipper DLC to build on

He means changing the shape of the roof, the only one available is the 4 sided to center point (known as a Hip style)

Gable roofs are more common and its not currently available
