Anytime! Just figured out that it says (during installation and in really tiny letters, lol) that you can change the size (length in this case) of the fence and gate. so that you don't have a bunch of posts in weird places and a gate that only the skinniest cow can pass through.
EDIT: You cannot change the size of the gate. You still cannot make it longer which just looks funny.. Maybe it isn't meant for cows, lmao.

I agree! Maybe they will fix it, I am sure it was just an oversight. The fencing issue was a problem in the pets DLC and they were supposed to find a better way, I wish they would make it like the floor installation and just do a click and then drag the line to the end of the length you want, and then insert the gate (allowing for sizing with the scroll wheel). That would be so much easier!
While I will admit I am probably doing something wrong, so far, no matter what I do makes a double gate. Just the two small gate pieces that must have been meant for 2d people. I will keep trying though!
