Samarta Myers house - Bunker?

This house has the bunker symbol in the listing but doesn't appear to have an actual bunker installed! I added two Survival bunker doors around the head of the basement stairs but the game does not recognize this as a bunker! I specifically want to sell this to the female survivalist as she is my last buyer to buy a house.
What do I need to do to get the game to recognize the basement as a bunker?

Buy a house with bunker. As the game kind of controls some stuff. Room baserments is just that no matter what furniture but you coudl try and sell it to her.
Click on your (TAB) buyers and if you have sold enough houses each buyer shows what they like and dont like.
Buy tons of water survival stuff food leave the rest of the house undone.
The dislaikes is over 4 images in red lol but you will get all her needs here hopefully. Remember there is another buyer

@juanitta Thank you for replying. However, I cannot sell this house to the female "Prepper" because she does not come up in the buyer options list for this particular house. I have since learned that, though this house was added by the Apocalypse DLC, it is not designated a bunker house so can only be sold to the standard buyers. I find it irritating but it can't be solved. Its possible that my game is bugged but I don't think so.

Yes you need to buy a house with a bunker. No your game is not bugged.
I found it quite tricky to get a specific buyer to buy it as they keep swapping that top position. Good Luck :)

Thanks Juanita, luckily I had one more bunker available and so was able to sell to her and get the achievement.

Awesome nannyyoggins. You know we can buy them houses over and over redo archives as as well. I have earnt over 4 million now :)

When you purchase Samarta's home, it says that it has a fallout bunker/shelter but that is not the case. As far as I can tell, there isn't one on the property. Just the hidden room under the stairs.

I had the same problem just yesterday, the house was the last I had with the bunker symbol and I wanted to sell to one of the guys, only to find out that despite the symbol, there is no bunker. Bit frustrating, that...

The bunker symbol in the corner just shows which DLC the property comes from. All of the houses that have Bunkers include the "house with bunker" in their names and the listing also mentions the bunker in the house description, which the Smarta Myers' house does not. When you have sold all the houses you get to buy all of the houses again, so if you still need a certain bunker buyer (for the achievement) you will have to wait until you can re-buy one of the three bunker houses.
