I didn't find the command to change the language tho
We were awaiting the chosen one. Good job Doom player! <bows respectfully>
Take my award!
(Oh, the buttons "," and "." change the language
First day I had the game my cats ran across the keyboard and found it, but I exited out cause I was new and didn't want to cheat yet...that was before 15 houses and no sale to that twerp with his green, bed and desk to study crude.
use a small house, knock out all the center walls, paint everything spring green, and then add the requirements thats how I got him working as the buyer
If I remember right it was the house that burned house is the one I got working with him
Snitches get Stitches, you weren't suppose to tell anyone!
This is why I love House Flipper's Dev Team so much. They are just so super chill and playful. :)
In any case, I might try this out myself. The only thing is I don't want to lose my achievements or corrupt my save doing so, so I might start a new profile to mess around with this.
Reczberg, is there a way to undo the "CHEAT" that appears in my profile now? I used the "cheat" codes to regain my skills and money after the Steam backup did not restore my HF files when I had to reinstall Windows from scratch. I lost several years worth of work, the 154 houses I'd sold, and the over $19 million I'd earned --- suddenly I was back to not having finished the game, with only $400k in my account and only 5 houses sold. Oh, and I also lost all progress on the Luxury DLC, which I had finished and had repeated some of the jobs multiple times. (I was NOT looking forward to having to go through and complete those jobs again one by one, especially Jessica's Mansion. That's two hours of work on that job alone!)
You can go to my profile and see that I have over 1600 hours in the game, multiple videos of houses I've designed, and I achieved all the achievements in the base game and all the DLC's except the Pets DLC because until a few days ago.
Since I used the codes to regain my $19 million (NOT the gazillions the cheats use, because what's the point of that) and my top-level skills that I had already legitimately earned, now the game won't let me get any of the Pets DLC achievements, and my profile in the game says "CHEAT-Katie-K." Boo! :(
I would really love to get the Pets DLC achievements, so if there's a way to turn off that part without having to lose all my progress, I'd really appreciate knowing about it. Thanks!
