Accidentally found a cheat menu?

So I have a cat, and the cat loves walking on my keyboard. I usually pause the game when she does this when I'm playing house flipper. About 20 minutes ago, she stepped on the tilde key while the game was paused, and I got an "Enter code" menu.

Being an old school gamer, naturally one of the first things I tried was old cheat codes, and I found that "iddqd" would enable developer shortcuts.

I wanted to ask the devs if this was left active by mistake, or if I should keep hunting for useful commands? (Also "noclip" freezes you unless you're in photo mode).

Yeah I just used the cheat code to turn off clipping so I could explore the neighborhood, logged out, & now I have that CHEAT tag too. I have all current achievements, but I guess I can't ever get any more now on this game.

No, you can turn off the cheat mode...I forget exactly where I found the instructions, but if you do an online search you can find it. If I remember where it was, I'll post it here.

@Kalibie Go to C:\Users\USER\AppData\LocalLow\Empyrean\House Flipper Game\Profiles\Profile # - Look for the PlayerProgress.dat file - Open it with NotePad, find ""cheatModeTriggered": true" and set it to false , this will fix it, it also will re-enable Achievements (which I am not 100% sure myself if they are disabled while using it)."

No more mucking around on the main profile. I'll create a new one to experiment on!
