Buy DLC,but Game doesn´t show it

I bought the new DLC. However, it doesn't show up as purchased in-game, so I can't play it.

My purchase wasn't finished and now it stuck in my shopping basked. I can't buy it again and it says I got it, but I did not. :(

Check your library House Flippers>on the right is DLC all are checked.

Same thing here...and all DLC is showing as installed both on Steam and on the main HouseFlipper page in game. But when I go to the job laptop, it is grayed out. And I have completed all the other jobs in-game.

This is something you should check in the first place.

Pets DLC should show up in the DLC list if the purchase went through properly.
If you're sure you bought it but it doesn't show up in the DLC list, then try to restart Steam and maybe give it a couple of minutes as I suspect Steam is processing many purchase requests at the moment.

I am also having this issue where i have downloaded the DLC and it says I have but the pets tab is grey and you cant click on it. Ive restarted Steam many times now without success.

The main pets tab doesn't turn on until you complete the first job for the DLC (in the Map tab).

You mean on your office laptop (in-game)? You have to do the first Pets job in order for the Pets tab to unlock (that is really Morgan's Pet Care where you can adopt pets). You find the Pets jobs under Map of Jobs (where HGTV and Luxury are located if you have those).

Same for me. Purchase was OK. Pets DLC is checked on the DLC list. However, it doesn't install. download tab is empty.
