Renting out?

So maybe I'm just not the brightest, but I can't seem to find the renting out option? It gave me the pop-up with info about renting out when clicking the computer, but I'm not able to rent out any of my builds?
Does it have to be new properties from now on out, or can you rent out previously flipped, but not sold, builds?

You need to be at the property you want to rent out.

At the property:
1. Press 'Enter' as if you were going to sell the house
2. Select the option to rent the property instead of place it on auction
3. Follow the prompts on the next screen (property type, daily rent amount and rent term)

Hi! The above answer is absolutely correct (thanks, Braveheart!). Following it, you can rent out any house you have purchased.

Just the new Dine Out DLC! Then you can rent out the property you're on by "selling" it like usual!

no, only the ones that require renting properties. The real estate achievements were from before the 'Dine Out DLC' and require selling properties, not renting them out.
