HGTV DLC and Houses
Im really angry to be honest.

I love this game mostly because I like being creative and making houses myself and now I have to play set Missions to even be able to unlock the new Houses

Is this for real?
Am I missing something?

If they made all the houses available at the beginning, half of the players wouldn't bother with doing the "missions" because it's less profitable than buying the property, fixing it, and then selling it, and the missions introduce us to "new" items in the game, and the Devs want us to interact with all the houses initially, and afterwards choose our favorites to work on, the Devs will know fairly quickly which houses the players like the most/least

You can also use the new items for the house's you buy not just the HGTV house's so it adds loads more choice's as well as adding stuff you couldn't do before like the ceiling moldings, skirting boards etc. There are some things like doors which previously didn't have much choice and now with the new DLC they do, it adds six front doors each with 13 variants (78 combinations added). it adds single and double internal door frames (also something not available before) which have various colour/wood variants (can't remember the amount). There's also much more variant's of nearly all the new item's in the DLC compared to previous content, giving you more creative choice when it comes to colour schemes and matching things up. You said you like being creative and the new items allow you to do that much better.
I got it in the bundle, I already owned the game and the garden DLC but it still applied the discount to the HGTV DLC so I got it for £5.82 (GBP). Without counting the new house's there's easily enough new content added for the price in my opinion, even at the full price (£7.19 in UK) I think it would be worth it.

Sorry but if they made the HGTV DLC what it should have been!

Interview House owner get a feel for what they want be given a budget and then:
Let the player do whatever the player wanted to do with the budget and then:

Had the house owner say wow this is great OR
Have the house owner say wow this is terrible

It would have been far more interesting and entertaining than...

Here is Budget, Here is list go do the list you dumb mindless general laborer!!

I actually thought it was going to be where the customer would say at the finish of the renovation, weather they loved it,liked it, it's ok, or they hated it! Lol!

My favorite part of this game is completing tasks for clients. I wish there were way more of them honestly!
