If you're playing for the achievement, just do the minimum requirements (you will still be able, once you've got the hability of buying all homes at will, to sell houses to whoever you want).
I've got him with the Home Admin-Legends. It’s already set up for his requirements :
Bathroom: Toilet Tub Sink
Bedroom: Double Bed, TVs, Speakers, Dressers, Bookcases for MAD Magazines
Children’s Room: None
Kitchen in the Living Room: Refrigerator C0I, Andy Sink, Dresser
Laundry Room: Put the washer in the bathroom
Living Room: Couch, Poufs, TV Stand, Dressers, Computer Desks, Chairs, Monitors, TVs
Office: None
Sauna: Sauna Benches, Headrest, Heater, Ladle, and Sand Timer
Storage: None
In this game (when it comes about achievements), too much is the enemy of good.
I'm wondering how to make his algorithm realise that there's a tv in the house. Is there any trick to it? How to make him realise that there's a living room? Has it to have a specific size or furnishing?
(Btw. I got the same problem with Gorgio Shanua: I sold properties to him with a master bedroom of 24 m², 62 m², 89 m² and 132 m² and he always complained about missing a large bedroom. I'm still trying to find out, what his algorithm consideres a large bedroom.)
And you'll notice that Jimmy traitor's happy negative remark when you've achieved everything for him is: Expensive equipment impresses friends, right?
It's not worth paying any attention to what they say.
1. Too negative all the time (and obnoxious)
2. They are cross-wired, so they have eachothers comments too (like everyone nagging about saunas)
3. Did I mention they are obnoxious?
A lot of furniture are not tagged properly. For example, many double beds (any NOT from basegame, to be honest) are not recognized by the buyers as being double beds. The Smoths and Johnsons frequently complain about it, so I need to use basegame beds only, which gets boring and makes DLC's completely useless. Same goes for TV cabinets, coffee tables and kitchen counter sets (the combined ones, not the separate counters).
