Roof Customization

I am praying that House Flipper 2 has the ability to build custom roofs. I'm talking about raising the pitch, building different styles/shapes to better fit the home, and maybe even delete the roof segments remaining inside exterior walls. For example, I'm trying to build a house with 2 floors, and I would love the two areas on the right and left side (first floor) to have a roof that angles toward the 2nd floor. I thought maybe, just maybe, if I built a roof from one end of the first floor level to the other end, which technically builds through the entire second story to get the look I'm going for, that the segments would automatically delete if they're built within the confines of the exterior walls on the 2nd story. Oh well.

I so wish there was more than the pyramid hipped roof in this new DLC. I'd have been happy if it had at least scaled with house size like just a regular hipped roof, but no, even on a large house the roof goes to a single point. It makes putting extensions on houses awful because the roofs angle down towards the wall (and now they've added weather it really feels like a roof leak waiting to happen there!). I honestly don't know why they didn't just do roofs exactly like they have on all the other houses - gable end ones. At least then they'd look consistent with the houses I wanted to extend. As is, there's always a one tile gap for the upper floor as it won't go right up to the roof. Looks so silly. There's just so many bungalows in this game so I was hoping to convert them to 2 story houses which is the majority of houses here where I live. But you can't take the old roofs off to add a second floor either.

The Farm DLC is quite complex, so roofs probably weren't a priority.

House Flipper has content updates several times a year. Some people are even expecting a large content update for the game's anniversary later this month. And "More roofs please!" is one of the most requested features.
