We need new clients

A lot has changed since the original game. There are new houses, there's new furniture, you can have farm animals and outbuildings. You could even have a public swimming pool as a house if you wanted.

I know House Flipper 2 is being made, but I really think some new clients to sell the house to would really help a lot. Perhaps add in some of the clients from Luxury Flipper or another DLC to those who own them. Perhaps just a few more general ones for those without the DLC. I think people seeking different types of things, such as the aforementioned public pool/playground, or an apartment building, could be really helpful and help people who want to build various things AND sell them without selling to the same families over and over.

What I'm saying is, I'm sick of the Jantart Family complaining about missing a bedroom or whatever because I didn't make this house for them. This is a Japanese Garden with a maintenance shed, not a house for you.

I'm hoping for a completely different system for selling houses in HF2 I think Reczberg mentioned "assessors", whatever that means, just hoping its better than the system we have now. First of all, I want to choose who I sell the house to. Second, I don't want "buyers" to look over my shoulder and comment (negatively) everything I do. It doesn't make sense. I'm extremely happy that I can turn off comments now, its something I've wanted a very long time.

We do need new buyers, tired of selling all houses to the same 3-4 people/families. No point even trying to sell to the singles, as soon as there's a kitchen sink BAM the Smoths rushes to the top of the list. Tired of selling a house to the wrong people, a house that doesn't fit them at all. A prime example is the Johnsons buying a 1-bed house. How in the world would they fit 3 kids and 3 adults in one single bed? They'd also have to fight to use the one, small bath? Again, they don't make sense.

Its not so bad now, its blissfully quiet. And I don't give a hoot who buys, as long as I don't lose money, its all good.

YES PLEASE! Also it would actually be pretty sweet if the Garden DLC would bei somehow implemented in the buyers if you own it. Like not just adding a percentage of value to the house, but more like stuff being recognized by the buyers. For example, plants in the garden counting for the plant lovers. Or playground stuff counting for the families with kids.

Oh, and also it would be great if buyers recognized some of the room types that are there, but do not matter for any of them - for example laundry rooms, indoor pools and libraries.

I made this thread because I was doing the office job from Luxury Flipper and realized like, there's no actual point to doing it. There should really just be some variety in the buyers at the very least.

People who want a farm, people who want an office, etc.

Same here... I've benn playing for years and these client system is just ridiculous now. I want to make a small hotel or a house for a holiday or a japanese house but there is no point of it. The creators should have done stg about this when the garden dlc came out...I don't need clients at all at this point just some random buyers in a wide range....

Honestly, we really need new buyers. it's been 2-3 years, and I have plenty of ideas.

Honestly, a good compromise might be to be able to add new clients via modding
