Garden hose?

How do I get the hose? I have all of the extras you get as you "level up" in the game (for gardening too), but when I go to fill the pool it says the hose isn't available yet. Is there a way to get it?

Do the email jobs from your laptop to unlock tools and earn some cash. You can do the email jobs as many times as you want. They will be stored away in the Archive once you have completed them.

There has to be a few that you have not done yet.

I remember one of the first garden-missions (A bit of gravel and a couple of bushes) is the one where you have to plant four bushess in some dentist's front yard.
You need the hose to do that! so it will then appear . Fingers Crossed :)
