2 Missing DLC (Xbox) - Suggestion

So concerning the 2 missing DLC on console....I believe that they can't be released on console, one (apocalypse) because of rating and the other (HGTV) because of the branding?

I own this game plus all DLC on Steam, but recently got an xbox and decided to start playing it there. Bought all the available DLC again, but i'm really missing all the store content from HGTV. I didn't realize how much of it i used.

Would it not be possible to put out a store update on consoles that adds just the store content from the missing DLC? Minus the apocalypse guns (which i'm guessing is what increases the rating for that DLC.

I would totally pay another £15 for a store content update! :)
