Is there any mod to make the game look better?

If your problem with HF1 is that it looks too "bland", then you might actually like HF2 - it has brighter colours and better textures. Your best bet would be to watch some YouTube videos of people playing the demo.

HF2 definetly looks way better, way more colorful and has higher textures.
If you try to make H1 better looking it would just completely break the game as it's already very poorly optimized.

I feel like both games styles appeal to two seperate groups of people. I prefer HF1 but if you look at 2 as a whole, not 1 item at a time, im ok with it.

You mean the ones in the House Flipper Workshop? You can find some yourself. The search terms "alignment" and "cube" are especially useful, but "picture", "curtain" and "half wall" also give interesting results :)

I meant mods that are not on the workshop, like ones that tweak the gameplay.

There are no actual mods for HF, what you find in the Workshop are visual only, with a couple exceptions. We can't even make proper wall/floor coverings, which was something I hoped I could do when they opened up the Workshop for us.

But yeah, no gameplay mods, sorry.
