If you like cleaning, get the HGTV, Luxury and Pets DLCs (if you haven't bought them already). Every single house in them needs a clean, often the outside walls as well. The amount of dirt inside is average, but most of the properties are big, so there's lots of stuff to clean and sell in each one.
HGTV houses especially, also have awkward floorplans, which it makes sense to improve.

but as we work our way through the DLC the HGTV hase, luxury DLC has some woozies to cleanup up.
I don't mind, I love the clean-up part of flipping. The more dirty and trashy, the better! I find it more satisfying, because the difference in before/after is so huge.
