Ebenezer Scrooge House
I really enjoyed the 3 Jobs for the Ebenezer Scrooge Property and thought, this would be purchasable after completing the 3 jobs but it is not available. Is that a bug or intended?

You can buy it. It's called the "Decorated house" in the For purchase folder. It just looks different because the room layout of the first floor is different then in the 3 jobs.
