i put in a sauna, and was decorating inside and noticed one of the buyers said i was hoping for a sauna or something like that. if you put too many things in there does it change it from sauna to something else?

A room that is getting heated up to 70C (158F) and possibly over 100C (212F) possibly multiple times a week, (Depending on owner/user) And you expect plant to survive in there?

I use that guide too except its really old now it only works with vanilla furniture, alot of the DLC objects don't have proper naming for rooms

Totally agree : with no proper naming of most of the new "objects" the only thing you can rely on to complete the buyers needs are the old naming.
It is just a "bad" moment you have to go through to sell at least once to each buyer ....

Electronics and very high humidity and heat? Works just abut as well.
