You can just buy them, clean them up, then immediately resell them for a slight profit with only a few minutes turnover time for each... or if you don't want to spend the time, you can literally just buy and instantly resell them, taking a few grand loss each time.
Once you've sold every house (aside from whatever one you're using as your office) you unlock Free Play mode. You can now buy every house, or even multiple copies of the same one if you'd like.
Make a backup before you edit the files.
What worked for me in windows (windows 10) is this:
1: Go to "This PC"
2: Search for "house flipper" in the search bar and click the folder that says:
"House Flipper Game" with the description on the right of it reading "C:\Users\*your name*\AppData\LocalLow\Empryrean"
3: Click "Profiles" and click the whichever slot you saved in game. Mine is "Profile 1"
4: Open "PlayerProgress" DAT file (Not the backup) with notepad or a coding program.
5: press CTRL F and search for the word "Mason" (Or other perk names). Once you do you will see a number right next to it on the right. Change that number to 0 and your perk should reset!
Extra: You can do this for all perks if you like. Just search the name and change the number from 0-3. 3 being the max level for that perk. You can even take a look around the code to see what else you can change just by editing the numbers, although be sure to make a backup.
