I guess you mean the "wardrobe doors" as that and "bolsue door" are only ones I know of that can open only one way.
Bolsue door is glass, Which I wouldn't use as bathroom door for obvious reason.
And the wardrobe door... Well would look a bit silly as bathroom door.
My point is that where I live, we are quite used to have some quite crampt apartments or very tiny bathrooms.
And quite often if the door would open inside to the bathroom, The door would be able to open only 1/3rd of the way leaving you a 30-40cm (11-15 inch) gap to squeeze trough said door.
Yet, I want to keep my doors inside the house rather uniform, especially when I make a corridor
Also, I don't want to "waste too much space" when i make a sauna.
Essentially I make Saunas in game as close as I have used to seeing saunas where i live (And there is more Saunas than cars over here)
Which is the sauna heater beside the door on one side, and back wall is 3 "Sauna benches high, (Seats) then there is 2nd 2 high layer, (Where your feet end up) And then 2x4 as a step to get up, and in front of that 2x4 "free space" so you wouldn't hit your head to the top of the door.
Sauna door opens either 3 or 4 deep in to the Sauna... So I have to make the Sauna at least 8x2 (10x2 counting the outside wall on both sides) larger than what i would want to, just to give enough room for the door.
In "first office" and "Camping bungalow", it's almost impossible to accomplish, and difficult on some of the other smaller houses.
but that's just me and my preferences. but house without a sauna, is just as good idea as house without bathroom / shower.
