How do I replace a staircase?

I'm trying to do the Luxury dlc job, " A new chapter" and they want me to replace the stairs. I found new stairs to buy in the store, but I don't know how to get rid of the existing stairs. I've been away from the game for awhile, but I don't remember doing anything like that in any other jobs. I know what it was new in this dlc but I can't find any info on it now.

To replace the stairs, you need to use the "Sell" tool on the old stairs. It will then give you the option on how you want to change the stairs.
