You are given a job because the owners of the house are too busy (or not skilled enough) to do it themselves. You are selling the furniture they don't want, and use the money to buy the stuff they do want, on their behalf.

This game is realistic, but the reality in it is simplified, to make things more fun.

So if I wanna make money in the beginning of the game it is ok to sell all furniture of the job house and place only about 4 new furniture which the job said I have to?
Leaving the house near empty is the best for earning lot of money

You can't or shouldn't be able to sell everything, only a few items the job requirements list that are to be sold. The game will or should prevent you from selling anything else.

If you can just sell everything, then its a bug.

No you can't sell client job items unless its in the job description that they want them gone, also its not your money its the clients money which you need to help cover the cost of the changed they want
