How to start a new game without losing the save

I want to start a new game. How not to lose progress in the old save?

Please go to my profile and scroll down. I wrote a guide about it but please read carefully and in any case always only play with disabled cloud for the game. If you have a backup folder in the mentioned House Flipper Game-folder or in a folder called House Flipper in your documents folder, you can also keep all your progress. I guess when you start a new game, it will be the folder Profile 2 whilst your current one should be Profile 1. I never tried it this way, only always the way I describe in my guide and it works perfectly. :-) Hope that helps. :-)

When the game first loads, immediately after the loading screen, you will see the name of your profile on the left-hand side. By default, it is called "Default"

Click on it. This will take you to a screen with 4 save slots, one of which will be occupied by your current save. Select an empty slot, name it and click Apply or press Enter.

Your new profile will be created and selected automatically. Click Apply or press Enter to start a new game.

To delete a save: go to the profile selection screen again. Make sure you have a different save marked as "Currently Used". Mouse over the one you wish to delete and press Delete.

You can have up to 4 profiles just select a different one where it says default
