I have no new emails

I finished all my emails in the job/email section, but now I can't do anymore quests. Will more jobs come automaticly, or what should I do while I wait for more?

There are only a certain number of emails/jobs in the base game. You get a few more jobs with each DLC. You have the option to redo the jobs as many times as you'd like if you want. However, the main purpose of the jobs is to introduce you to the game and how things work in it. Once you completed the jobs, then you are free to start purchasing houses and flipping them however you want. The game is set up that you can purchase each house one time. Once you have flipped and sold each house once (not including your office), then you will be able to purchase all of the houses as many times as you'd like. You can find the houses for purchase in your laptop. They will be in the browser.
