Building Pet Stuff outside

So i'm looking for a way to place the pet objects outside the house, like toys and stuff.
Maybe it's because the outside counts as "Garden DLC" section and when i fire up the tablet it doesn't show me any of the options.

I've found out that some of the stuff I can just spawn inside and push outside, but it's clonky and doesn't always work.

Open your pet's options like fetch then a toy appears in your hand throw it then just eave it on the ground.
Their toys are foiund in the fence tab recreation animals

What about stuff like scratching posts and such?

I havent tried that on jobs houses.
But yeah the cat scratching post can be placed outside in houses we own.
I have my dogs beds and houses outside with washing dog apparatis the large blue one works great even for small dogs.
The cat beds I have inside and scratch pole in the lounge where the fire place is, one of the cat's scratching posts it's quite large .
Just move stuff around see what works for you. If you want to go all out caring for pets and have them all maybe buy a high set house and move your office there for that test lol.
