Can I only design interior or do I have to clean houses

Just want to design interior … but I see trailers with cleaning up houses …

Do I have to clean up houses for progress or can I design interior of all available houses in the game without cleaning etc

Are there endless workshop furniture in this game ?

We have to clean the houses we buy first as its part of the designing phaze.
Sorry it applies to all houses we buy.

This is an House Flipper game.
So : you buy houses, you clean these houses/gardens and then you design (add/remove walls/doors/windows) and decorate them (add furnitures, add floor/ceiling/walls, ...).

Seems to be a good game.
Mainly because of the workshop items.

Just thinking about buying „builder simulator“ or house flipper.

I am mainly into interior designing.
And builder simulator got workshop at the moment but seems like you can start immediately with designing and plan your own houses ( without need to building them. There is automatic mode only for interior)

I did the playtest for builder simulator and it is just in pre-alpha state or something.
And this game is about building house from scratch (no furnitures, decorations, gardening, ...). It will take time for them to have a complete game !
House Flipper is fully developed and they are adding DLC from time to time.
But here, no building from scratch, you have to do with the existing houses (you can add/remove walls inside) - but you can furnish, decorate, make a nice garden; a swimming pool, ...
And carefull with workshop items, some of them are creating problems in game (infinite loading times, crashes, ...).

I wasn't interested in Builder simulator before because I thought it mainly focused on the exterior. But after seeing Frank's post (thanks a lot for that, Frank!) Cleaning houses and removing trash is an important part of House Flipper. It is actually one of the skills in the game. As you clean, you skill up and unlock better tools and perks, which make you clean faster.

It's a Pre-Alpha Demo that will be released - not the game ... be carefull, pre-alpha are very very early stage of development for a game (multiple bugs & patches to solve them - so lot of lost saves not compatible anymore, no traductions available, etc).
It will take them years to have a fully working game.
Personnaly, I like pre-alpha to see how the game evolves and being able to give feed-back to change things. But most of the players are not happy with them !

Like I already said earlier somewhere else: I have over 1000 hours in HF, it's my most favorite game and I actually love/play that game purely for the house/garden designing/decorating part. So, personally I really don't think you should turn your back on House Flipper, just because - yes, unfortunately in my view tóó! - you can't by-pass the cleaning and such entirely. You can rúsh through the jobs/tasks, though and as soon as you have done that, you have all the time in the world just to design/decorate. And if you buy all the DLC's (with/since the release of the Luxury DLC the quality of items has unmistakable highly improved), you will have a LOT of (amazing) items to work with for that. And no, I'm not a dev. :D

And yes, it has Workshop which adds a ton of even more nice items!

Oh, I thought the demo was released already and when you buy the game it will be the "real deal" but with further development a long the way...
