Children’s Room Requirements

Please help me with this ! I can't have another child room (already done one, but in this house, it stay like a simple room ><). Has anyone the same issue ?
I tried multiple beds and cribs, wardrobe and changing table, toys, bookcase, carpet... tried to have at least 2 of everything just to be sure, but nothing seems to work

I've had a couple houses where if the room is too close to a stairs, it will become a multi-function room instead of a child's room. Moving all the same equipment to a room farther away worked.

Children's rooms need to be at least 144 tiles (9 square metres) in size. Any smaller and they won't change room types.
